At BrindaTrends, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take great care in delivering quality-checked fashion jewellery. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
🔄 Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- The product must be:
- Unused
- Unworn
- In original packaging
- With all tags intact
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the request accordingly.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Normal wear and tear
- Items returned without original packaging
- Customized or special offer items (if applicable)
For hygiene and quality reasons, used jewellery items are not eligible for return.
💰 Refunds
- Refunds are initiated after the returned product passes quality inspection
- Refunds will be processed to:
- Original payment method (for prepaid orders)
- Store credit or bank transfer (as applicable)
- Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after approval
Please note:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
🚚 Damaged or Wrong Product Received
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear images or videos of the product and packaging
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as per availability.
📦 Return Shipping
- In case of approved returns due to our error (damaged/wrong product), return shipping will be arranged by us
- For other return reasons, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges
